Sailing To Your Success is a unique program, led by Michael Kaye, an avid sailor, consultant, entrepreneur, Licensed United States Coast Guard Master Captain and American Sailing Association Certified Instructor.
This is a unique program where participants go on a sailing vessel or motor yacht, vessel size and type is match to the groups size and custom program for the client. Custom programs are developed for each group to build Teamwork, Leadership, Communications, Team Building Organizational Development and Business Building along with enjoying your time on a yacht, based in Boston Harbor, or anywhere in the world.
